ZoneBloc®+ is a revolutionary portable concrete barrier system with Standard and Minimum Deflection options. ZoneBloc®+ is designed to minimize impact to the traveling public while offering a supreme level of protection. With a base width of only 11 ¾” (298.4 mm), the compact design is effective on projects where space is restricted. Its 40-foot (707.1 cm) standard unit is optimal for deployment and accelerates the installation process, when compared to traditional concrete barriers. ZoneBloc®+’s narrow footprint results in a light-weight configuration, which allows 280 feet (8534.4 cm) to be hauled on one flatbed truck, and ZoneBloc®+’s unique coupling system guarantees a safe and quick installation. Uses the Excalibur screwbolt system which only requires an embedment depth of 12” (304.8 mm) and is removable in both asphalt and concrete.

Meets MASH TL-3 with a dynamic deflection of 51.6” (1310.6 mm) and a working width 61.4” (1559.5 mm) with 4 screwbolts at each end only.

Meets MASH TL-3 with a dynamic deflection of 11.0” (279.4 mm) and a working width of 23.2” (589.2 mm) using 8 screwbolts per unit.
